Product Functions

Zhejiang GOODSENSE have adopted advanced technology both domestic and abroad and developed the belt loader lithium battery by our own design. Absorbing the technolgies of the finest conveyor belt loaders in the ground support equipment field, it is a high technology product which combines mechanics, electric and hydraulic pressure. The conveyor is fitted with lithium battery and controller, hydraulic system. The belt has characteristics such as large range of rising and declining, stable support, adjustable conveying speed, all these make the conveying of the belt smoother. It also has features such as easy operation, safe driving, convenient maintenance so it is suitable for all types of airplanes. This belt loader lithium battery has reached international advanced level.

The most obvious advantages are as follows:

1. When the belt is running (conveying angle 29°) and loaded with its maximum capacity, the descending extent of the belt is only 13mm/30min, so it is the first case in he ground support equipment field.

2. The belt is equipped with adjusting device which prevents the goods from derailing from their process.

3. The rising and declining speed of the conveying rack is very fast.

4. The hydraulic oil temperature does not exceed 50℃ under long working usage.

5. The braking function is good.

3. Front bridge-forcibly placed swerve bridge which can load 2700kgs

5. Foot brake-the front wheel adapts hydraulic dish brake, while the back wheel adapts drum brake.

6. Hand brake-the back wheel beat-brake is fixed beside the driving chair and is operated by steel rope and connecting pole

7. Hydraulic system-gear wheel hydraulic pump can supply 15 litres runoff per minute

9. Turning system-full hydraulic power turning system is standard fixing

10. Controling system-The running of the belt is driven by hydraulic motor. H type steel support is to control the height of the conveying rack.Standard type special balancing valve is used to prevent the falling of luggage

14. Conveying rack: the standard rack length is 8090mm, the width is 870mm. The belt width is 600mm or 700mm, max loading capacity is 1080kgs, conveying speed is 160-500mm/s, the full width front anti-bumping and the luggage rail are standard device.
