Our 8m driveable belt loader has a max height 4560mm min height 1650mm for Regional and Wide Bodied aircraft.

The Battery for the belt loader lead-acid battery is 80V, 450 AH. Traction Lead Acid Battery. There is an option for a 80V, 525AH or 307.2V/160AH Litium Battery.

The hydraulic system has an emergency hand pump providing control for the boom in case of failure of the system. The belt can hold a distributed weight of 1080kg. Belt speed minimum is 160 mm/s. The belt loader has safety guard rails fitted. The belt is made from 3 ply extruded rubber.

BLB80 is similar as our traditional diesel or gasoline conveyor belt loader except it is using electric driven, a green product. All major components are imported like, AC driving motor, hydraulic pump, Curtis controller. Like traditional conveyor belt loader, its belt speed can be adjusted to 500 millimeter per second. Its power pack can use either lead-acid or Li-ion. The former one can last for 1200 charging cycle while the latter one can last for 10 years with unlimited charging. It is suitable for all known aircraft.
