1. Vibration occurs when lifting. Causes of failure: Air has entered the lifting cylinder of the electric forklift, the hydraulic system is leaking oil, the size of the rollers and bearings of the inner mast fork frame is excessively worn, and the two lifting chains are unevenly tightened.
2. The walking motor is not powered. Maintenance method: check the power supply of electric forklift, main contactor, controller, accelerator, commutation walking motor contactor, bypass contactor, regenerative contactor, current sensor, module, diode, computer board, etc.
3. The free fall is too fast when there is a load. Causes of failure: oil leakage in the pipeline and joints, wear of the valve hole slide valve stem or seal ring of the multi-way valve, resulting in internal leakage, and the wear of the piston support ring of the lifting cylinder/Y-type seal ring, resulting in internal leakage.
4. The lifting speed of the electric forklift is too slow or cannot be lifted. Causes of failure: lack of oil in the oil tank, clogged oil filter, excessively high temperature of hydraulic oil, too thin hydraulic oil, leakage of hydraulic pipeline, improper pressure adjustment of multi-way valve.
5. Braking failure. Cause of the fault: the brake circuit is broken, the friction plate in the traction electrode control actuator is excessively worn, the brake is loose or the gap between the brake plates is too large.
6. Examples of electrical failures. Cause of failure: Suddenly there is no reflection of forward and backward lifting, the forklift is walking one by one, the forward speed cannot be adjusted, etc.
7. The forklift cannot start, the display does not respond. Maintenance method: Check whether the power supply, key switch, and main contactor of the electric forklift are all energized, and then check whether the main board is normal, whether the start-up board, display screen plug-in is loose.
8. Weakness of lifting, emergency stop of lifting, pressure relief, and lifting is not in place. Maintenance method: check whether the hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump are working normally, then check whether the hydraulic oil tank is short of oil, whether the hydraulic oil filter screen is blocked, and finally check whether there is any oil leakage in the oil cylinder.
